Yoga Alignment/ Anatomy

I’ve been trying to get more into the yoga practice lately and I realize every day that there is so much to the discipline that I don’t know. It drives me nuts when someone says it’s easy or boring because there are so many layers to it. I feel like every class some terms will go over my head and it’s so so important if you’re getting involved with the practice to have the right alignment, because aside from the fitness craze it’s really about body and mind balance and connection. This connection is only bridged with practice and scrutiny, or else you’ll be doing it wrong and it’ll counteract the whole point.
